Beavers are usually aged between six and eight years old, though they can be as young as five and three quarters.
Cubs are young people aged between 8 and 10½, who make up the second section of the Scouting family.
Anyone ages between 14 and 18 can be an Explorer Scout. And there are plenty of different ways you can be involved in Explorer Scouts.
If you're 18-25 years old and really want to get out into the world. The aim of Network is to have a great time whilst doing some of the things you love!
We change lives by offering 6 to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that we make a positive impact in communities.
Activities as diverse as kayaking, abseiling, expeditions overseas, photography, climbing and zorbing. Also can learn survival skills, first aid and much more.
There's something for every young person. It's a great way to have fun, make friends, get outdoors, express your creativity and experience the wider world. arrow_forward
This everyday adventure is possible thanks to our adult volunteers, who support us in a wide range of roles from working directly with young people, to helping manage a Group, to being a charity Trustee.
We help volunteers get the most out of their experiences by providing opportunities for adventure, training, fun and friendship.
There is no requirement to have been involved in Scouting before joining. All that is required is a willingness to volunteer some time to support Scouting. arrow_forward
