Broadstairs Viking ESU Haunt the Tudor House for All Hallows Eve
On All Hallows Eve a group of Broadstairs Viking ESU took on the task of haunting the Tudor House in Margate as part of the evening fun and festivities. Nothing is much scarier than an explorer hiding in the dark – or standing in a darkened doorway!
The group also choreographed and ran a ‘flash mob’ to Monster Mash throughout the house, with volunteers from the Tudor House joining in with the dance. The flash mob drew quite a crowd especially as our broken doll who had previously been a statue came to life, scaring those trying to wake her and with Wednesday Adams and a zombie led the routine before returning to their spooky positions.
The whole unit spent a short while learning the routine the week before, with half an hour of practice to the reach the performance in the video.
The unit also provided face painting and scabs and scars theatrical make up, Big thank you to Nicky and Barry at The Tudor House for inviting us to join the fun this year.
