Coxheath First Aid Evening

I would like to thank Dan Almond, a Paramedic from the South East Coast Ambulance Service for an enjoyable, educational and fun evening on the 23rd November 2015.

The Cubs were really excited when he turned up in a fully working Ambulance with the blue lights flashing. In their small groups they took their turn in the Ambulance where they were wired up to have their pulse taken and have a ECG reading taken on paper.

They could try on the high vis jacket and helmet and have a good look around the Ambulance both inside and out.
