Happy 80th birthday Air Scouts!

The decision to create an Air Scouts branch was taken in 1941 and this year the fact is being celebrated in a number of ways. Nationally there is a special badge and Kent Scouts have decided to commemorate the event with its own microlight badge based on the BMAA logo (with their agreement).
Thankfully with the easing of lockdown, the Kent Microlight Team has been active again since mid-April and every scout that takes a flight will have the opportunity to gain this unique badge. The requirements are relatively simple and certainly achievable.
