Big Cardboard Sleep Out for Porchlight 2018

The Kent Scouts Big Cardboard Sleep Out for Porchlight 2018 was held in Scout Districts all over Kent from 8pm on Friday 12th to 8am on Saturday 13th October 2018 (To fit in with the fact that 10th October 2018 was World Homeless Day). Nearly all districts had groups participating in the event. On the night participants were visited by local mayors and deputy Lord Lieutenants of Kent. The event went on to raise over £70,000 for the Porchlight charity and came 2nd place in the national Annual Fundraising Event Awards.
