Join Our Kent Scouts 4-14 Scout Team!
Are you ready to lead thrilling events and inspire the next generation of adventurers? We're looking for an enthusiastic people to join or 4-14 Scout team as team members to support the team leads!
What You'll Do:
- Help Organise Exciting Events: it could be camping trips and hiking expeditions to survival skills workshops and team-building activities, you'll be the mastermind behind unforgettable experiences.
- Inspire Young Scouts: Mentor and guide scouts, helping them develop confidence, leadership skills, and a love for the outdoors.
- Help to Plan and Execute: Create engaging programs and events that challenge and thrill our scouts.
What We're Looking For:
- Energetic and Enthusiastic: Your passion for the outdoors is contagious!
- Leadership Skills: You can motivate and manage a group with ease.
- Experience in Scouting or Outdoor Activities: Your background will help you hit the ground running.
