Commemorate 75 Years of Scout Active Support

At Lower Grange Farm on Sunday 12^th March 2023 2pm – 4.30pm

We would like to invite Scout Active Support Units from Kent to an afternoon at Lower Grange Farm where we will commemorate 75 years of Scout Active Support by planting 30 trees in a special area and unveiling a plaque. These trees, comprising of Oaks, Silver Birch and other species will help take us a little bit closer to our 5000 tree and hedgerow target by 2025 (we are almost there!).

You will need sturdy shoes and wrap up warmly and if you have one wear your neckerchief, as we hope to take lots of photos. If you have members who cannot walk around the fields, then they are welcome to remain in the barn having a chat.

We will follow this with a meeting and chat to discuss items that you wish to raise and to update you on HQ and county matters. This will be accompanied by lots of tea/coffee and cake! Agenda items please to Rebecca no later than the 28^th February 2023.

We do hope you will come along – please let us know the numbers from your Scout Active Support by the 28^th February 2023 so we can cater appropriately.

SAS 75 years Cloth and pin badges will be on sale on the day.
