Cuboree 2023 - Fully Booked

Due to popular demand Cuboree is back in 2023 for one awesome weekend at Kingswood in Ashford over the weekend of Sept 29th - 1st Oct 2023.

Kent Scouts have arranged this amazing weekend of adventure for just £79 per person.

• Initial deposit of £20 - due by Sunday 2nd October 2022 (non refundable) - Date Past  - Bookings closed at present
  
• First payment of £30 - due by 31st December 2022 - Date Past and money paid to Kingswood.
• Final payment of £29 - due by 1st May 2023 - Watch for payment email towards end of April
  

One leader can go free for every 8 cubs but remember the ratio of 1 adult to every 8 Cubs plus the Leader in Charge must be maintained. This is calculated by the booking form so you have to put all the leaders attending in the form bearing in mind that the free places are only valid on the initial booking.

Please do not over book leader places as we want to keep as many places as possible available for cubs for their great adventure.

Deposits must be paid by Sunday 2nd October 2022. Bookings will close before then if all places are filled and may be kept open past that date if there are still some places left.

The price includes:

• All food over the weekend.
• All bedding is supplied, additional pillows can be brought if required.
• Commemorative blanket badge & a special Cuboree necker for all participants
• A complimentary group photograph taken by the Kent Scouts Media Team
• The chance to meet and share in the adventure with Cubs from all across Kent

We would prefer you book by by pack but there is an option on the booking form to select if you are booking as a District - more
