Climbing

Climbing is a popular activity for all ages as part of an evenings activity in Kent or when away at camp or for a specific weekend event.

There are two main types of climbing both with varying degrees of difficulty and technical requirements, they are:

1. Artificial Walls

2. Natural Rock

Permits are required to deliver this activity. If you are not a permit holder then please contact the Activities Climbing Team who can help.

There are many ways you can get involved or try climbing such as the Open Sessions held at the Kent Scout Climbing Barn. During the year our Climbing Team deliver specific training and badge courses for younger members.
