When do we need to book?
You can wait till everything is confirmed before booking - you just need to book before the closing date.
Please keep a watch on the number of places left on the booking form as we cannot reserve space so bookings may close before the date.
How do I add more participants to my original booking?
To add additional participants then please use the form again and enter your additional places, you must use the same contact and groups details that you used on the original booking.
Make sure you tick the box to say you are adding to an existing booking.
Make sure your ratios are still correct when adding new young people.
What are you going to do about young people who cannot be photographed / filmed?
The Kent Scouts Media team will be present over the weekend.
It will be up to you to let them know that you do not wish pictures / video to be taken.
Please bear in mind as this is a public location so anyone could be taking pictures.

Can my family book ?
No, we only accept bookings from Squirrel Dreys, Beaver Colonies and Cub Packs
We have an annual pass - can we use that ?
Sorry, no the package we have agreed with them does not include the use of these passes.

Is transport provided?
Unfortunately, transport is not provided. We are aware that some bookings are using coaches, minibuses and cars so you have many options.
